ELECTRICAL
A 120V 15 AMP (1500-watt) electrical service is required to operate the plug-and-play hot tub. The hot tub comes with a 10' cord and a GFCI plug. We strongly recommend hiring a locally certified electrician if no plug is within 15 feet. The electrical service is not included. The Joseph Plug & Play Hot Tub can be easily converted to 240V if desired.
When converting to 240V, FLA (full-load amperage) is 28 amps, which requires a 40-amp GFCI and #8 3-wire for runs under 100 feet
INSTALLATION
Backyard transfer and setup (installation) can be arranged for an additional fee. Please remember that your electrician must make the final hot tub electrical connection. Refer to our FAQs or call your local dealer for further information.
